Train, develop, grow
Every career is different. And every journey, unique. That’s why we offer development support via a variety of different initiatives. Depending on where you join us, they could include everything from Sappi Advance – our online learning platform that offers access to over 30,000 different development courses – through to specialist apprentice, graduate and leadership programmes. All specifically designed to nourish your talent.
Our recruitment process
When it comes to recruiting, we believe in a transparent and collaborative approach for all. Making sure you feel well-informed at every stage. For each region, it will vary slightly. But wherever you apply, you will find it respectful, reflective and insightful. For roles within our mills and offices, we begin with a phone or online interview. Then a face-to-face meeting. This may be followed by a technical assessment or a request to produce a short case study. And finally, some psychometrics and a tour of your new mill or office location.
