Overview:
The Organizational Development Program Manager leads the design and implementation of programs for the leadership development, engagement, performance management, talent management, and learning initiatives in support of organizational goals.  In close collaboration with the Senior Organizational Development Manager, the successful candidate will help align Department, Mill and Corporate objectives and enhance organizational performance.
 
Responsibilities:
•    Subject matter expert & conducts trainings on the performance management, development, talent management and learning tool.
•    Creating and implementing strategies to grow, develop, and retain the top and mid-level salaried population. Support the processes and practices associated with the attraction, development and retention. This involves a strong partnership with the corporate and mill HR team members. 
•    Enhancing a comprehensive talent development strategy to support a variety of resources to create a formal, ongoing, learning culture.
•    Supporting management in development and/or implementing strategic training, development, and succession to meet both long term and current needs.

 

Essential Functions:
•    Be a change agent for the organization, support delivering management and team-based programs. Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance during organizational changes.
•    Support development of leaders; strengthen the skills and performance of high potential and promotable employees.
•    Design, implement, manage and evaluate leadership development programs to enhance the capabilities of managers and executives.
•    Track and report on success talents and succession planning.
•    Lead execution of employee engagement surveys every 18-24 months; work with global OD team to develop survey framework and reporting requirements. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive workplace culture.
•    Lead the performance management process.
•    Support administration of various assessments for self-awareness and development purposes.
•    For key talent and development programs and processes that own, manage key deliverables / project plan and creation of communications.
•    Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Generate and deliver OD related reports for both regional and global purposes.

 

Non-Essential Functions:
•    Help design, prepare and deliver various regional meetings
•    Collaborate with global OD colleagues
•    Support global OD projects

 

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree degree and minimum of 6 years prior related experience or Advanced Degree and minimum of 4 years related experience (education and professional experiences may be substituted)

 

Skills:
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proven ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. 
•    Strong understanding of organizational behavior and development theories.
•    Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives.
•    Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder interests.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant organizational development tools.
 

Preferred Requirements:
•    Prior assessment experience 
•    Proven exceptional facilitation 
•    Certifications: Professional certifications in organizational development, change management, or related areas
•    Experience working in manufacturing with a unionized workforce.
