What is Valida?
Valida is a natural and biodegradable material that is produced by breaking down cellulose fibres into their smallest components, cellulose fibrils. These fibrils form a highly interconnected 3D network when dispersed in water, which stabilises heavy and light particles during transport and application of finished goods. Aside from that, the fibrillation process facilitates excellent sprayability of the Valida fibres, while also drastically increasing their surface area. These aspects make Valida an ideal material for covering large surfaces with a small amount of material.
Valida’s performance as well as its natural and biodegradable properties make it an attractive material for sustainable development in Agrochemical applications.
