Your responsibilities:  

  • Create and approve overseas freight shipping documentation,
  • Check whether logistics providers issued documentation on time, 
  • Secure regular information flow between all involved parties,
  • Work closely with Central Logistics and Planners Teams,
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on different levels inside and outside organization, 
  • Use CI tools to improve existing processes and procedures. 

 

You have:

  • You have Bachelor or Master degree,
  • You have1-2 years of professional experience in Logistics,
  • You are able to work in an international team with contacts in different countries,
  • You have very good written and spoken English,
  • You have good MS Office skills (experience in SAP is a plus),
  • You work well with timeliness,
  • You present good organizational and analytical skills,
  • You demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.

 

We are hybrid and Flexible:

In Krakow office we work in a hybrid working model; as this position delivers high impact on-site, we expect you to be present in the office at least twice a week.
