Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead the combined Order to Cash and Credit Risk team within Sappi Cracow CoPE. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact by optimizing cash management, reducing credit risks, and driving continuous improvement across these critical processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • People Management: Recruit, train, and guide team members to deliver high performance; Conduct regular appraisals, set development plans, and foster a strong team spirit; Motivate and coach team members to achieve their professional best.
  • Credit Risk Management: Provide support for reducing credit risk and costs while advising on financial and commercial risks.
  • Cash Allocation, Collection & Dispute Management: Ensure timely and correct cash allocation, dispute solving and improve collection performance to maintain optimal Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Rebate & Agent Commission: Ensure stability of the process with timely rebate & agent commission payout and report process status.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and system automation using SAP and other advanced tools. Collaborate across teams to implement innovative solutions.

 

Your profile

  • A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Credit Control, or OTC processes, including leadership roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • A results-driven approach with excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
