We’re on the lookout for an experienced Temp Reliever Stores to assist stores operation in reducing overtime by providing leave/training relief.

As a Temp Reliever Stores, you will be responsible for:

1. SHEQ Compliance

• Ensure a safe work environment by managing daily risks.
• Report accidents, injuries, and fires to the Supervisor or Safety Representative.
• Comply with SHEQ requirements and maintain workplace housekeeping.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and regular BBS observations.
• Prevent waste bin overflow and manage waste separation and disposal.

2. Reporting & Communication

• Coordinate with the plant on material receiving and delivery.
• Attend required meetings.

3. Stores Operations

• Relieve Assistant Storeman and Storeman roles:
  • Bin materials correctly as per SAP.
  • Deliver stock/DPRs to the plant and offload wire and diesel.
  • Perform daily material counts and issue materials per procedure.
  • Safely transport materials and relocate as needed.
  • Obtain and maintain licenses for store vehicles (e.g., forklift, crane).
  • Conduct material maintenance and other tasks as assigned.

4. Capacity Development

• Enable employees to gain skills and qualifications for current and future roles.

5. Administration

• Complete the after-hours delivery and shift handover logbooks.
• Manage after-hours PPE issuance.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science.
• 3 months experience as a Process Trainee/Production Intern.
• EB Motor Vehicle Licence.
